Inverness Shopping and Business Park is located on Eastfield Way off Aberdeen Road (A96) at West Seafield on the outskirts of the city of Inverness. The Centre is six miles from the city centre, preferably the best access is to come from Millburn Road, not from Raigmore Interchange where it is on the other side of the road if coming from the South.

Inverness is the principal town and administrative centre for the Highland Region and has a population of approximately 44,000 with a catchment in the region of 250,000, the largest geographical catchment area in the UK.
